Important Exchange user - Publisher Info!

Every domain must be registered and approved by us to display ads. We do not accept free domains such as yourdomain.blockspot.com etc. At the moment we do not accept any websites from China, Vietnam and Taiwan!
The following types of sites are NOT allowed to participate in our network
Sites containing pornographic material. Sites with links to pornographic sites. Sites encouraging illegal activities or racism. Sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities. Gambling sites like casino or betting. Any site with 18+ content. PTC sites or similar Affiliate sites / programs Money making sites Your ad or site should be game related or anything for kids and teenagers. Most of our members websites are arcade game related. Hint: Setup your banners before you purchase traffic or use our exchange. After admin approval, you will know your banners / sites are accepted in our network and you can then purchase traffic for your campaign or send traffic to exchange! You do not need to follow this advice if your site meets all of our rules! We reserve the right to refuse any site.
Exchange User Rules
Up to 50000 free impressions will be added to your banners. (10000 free impressions will be added to every banner size that has sent 10000 impressions to the exchange. Sorry, we have to have this in place to protect the exchange from cheaters) You agree to place the HTML code only on sites that belong to the network. Every domain must be registered and approved by us before it can display our banners. Your account is by default set to Exchange User. We are not responsible if you forget to switch to publisher. Any clicks or impressions sent as an Exchange User can only be used for exchange or sold in the marketplace. The HTML code may not be modified. Maximum of 3 banners per page Maximum 1 banner per size! (Do not place the same size 2 times on one page) One HTML Code (banner) must be visible without the need to scroll in any direction. You cannot add text such as Please click this banner or any other text that asks your visitors to click the banners. Any of your banners with a CTR lower than 1% may be changed by our administrator without notification. Anti-cheat protection is enabled. If you click on banners displayed on your site, you will be banned from our network. Credits purchased from our Marketplace are not refundable Family friendly banners only We have the rights to refuse any banner you add to our network All newly uploaded banners must be approved by a BannerFlux admin before it is made active No bots, paid to read programs, or any other methods to artificially inflate you impressions are allowed. No spamming the other users Any violation of our rules, will result in the suspension of your account! We reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason.
Publisher Rules

You cannot request a payout for clicks or impressions sent as an exchange user. Clicks sent as publisher cannot be used as an exchange user. Minimum payout $8 We pay only through PayPal. Your PayPal account must be PayPal verified, we do not payout to not verified PayPal accounts. Multi accounts for multi sites are allowed, but only if the same PayPal account is used Once your account reaches $8, you can send a payout request through your account. We pay within a maximum of 7 days after payout request! Any accounts with fake names will be suspended! Anti-cheat protection is enabled. If you click on banners displayed on your site, you will be banned from our network. General Rules
Bannerflux.com and its owners, administrators or employees shall not be held liable to anyone for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies under any circumstances. We are not responsible for any content displayed on our members sites. Thank you for signing up on BannerFlux.com
