- Sites containing pornographic material.
- Sites with links to
pornographic sites.
- Sites encouraging illegal activities or racism.
- Sites engaged in libelous
or harassing activities.
- Gambling sites like casino or betting.
- Any
site
with 18+ content.
We reserve the right to
refuse any site.

| Exchange
User Rules |
- 50,000 free signup impressions will be added to
your account after you deliver 5000 impressions with the 100 x 100
banner code to the exchange (this we have to do, to protect us from
cheaters)
- You agree to place the HTML code only on sites
that belong to the network.
- The HTML code may not be modified.
- Maximum 3 codes per page
- One HTML Code (banner) must be visible without
the need to scroll in any direction.
- Any of your banners with a lower CTR from 1%
can be changed from our administrator without notification.
- Anti-cheat
protection enabled, if you click on banner displayed on your site, you
will get
banned from our network.
- Purchased credits from our Market
Place are not
refundable
- Any user who attempt to cheat will be banned
without notification.
- Family friendly banners only
- We have the rights to refuse any banners you
add to our network
- All new uploaded banners must be approved by
admin first to be active
- No bots, paid to read programs to bring you
impressions up will not be tolerated.
- No spamming the other users
We reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason.

| Publisher
Rules |
- You agree to place the HTML code only on sites
that belong to the network.
- The HTML code may not be modified..
- Maximum 3 codes per page
- If
you have clicks or impressions remaining in your exchange account
before you
switch to publisher, they can be used with your assigned exchange user
banners only.
- You can not request a payout for clicks or
impressions send as exchange user.
- Clicks send as publisher cannot be used as
exchange user.
- Minimum payout $8.
- We pay only thru PayPal.
- We payout only 1000 / 2000 / 3000 clicks and so
on, if you have for example 1099 clicks we pay you 1000 and the 99 stay
in your account until the next payment.
- If your account reaches 1000 clicks you can
send a payout request thru your account and we pay maximum 48 hours
after, if you don’t send an payout request we pay on every first or
second day of the follow month. (minimum $8)
- You can switch back to exchange user any time
you like.
- No spamming the other users
We reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason.

| Advertiser
Rules |
You cannot advertise the follow sites:
- Sites containing pornographic material.
- Sites with links to
pornographic sites.
- Sites encouraging illegal activities or racism.

More rules:
- Purchased credits from Us or our Market Place
are not

delivered per day

Rules |
Bannerflux.com and its owners, administrators or employees shall not be
held liable to anyone for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies under
any circumstances. We are not responsible for any content displayed on
our member’s sites.
